Camps

If you are interested in hosting one of our camps please contact us. We can tailor the camps to fit the needs of your athletes.These camps are designed to teach wrestlers and coaches the proper techniques and positioning to become a champion.

Intensive Training Camps

In these camps the wrestler will learn by doing! We will assist each wrestler in learning the proper methods involved in training to become a champion at the highest level. We will cover areas in wrestling including nutrition, strength and conditioning, drilling, hard wrestling, and mental skills training. This camp is designed to push you to the next level. It will be a week of intense training and learning, which will give you the tools to achieve the results you are looking for.

Technique Camps

These camps are designed to teach wrestlers and coaches the proper techniques and positioning to become a champion. We will spend two sessions a day covering technique and helping with the problem areas. Strength and conditioning, nutrition, mental skills training and goal setting will be covered in great detail.
